Custody fees
Custody fees are what the custodian bank charges to hold and administer the client's securities (collecting dividends and coupons, corporate actions, statements). They are often an annual percentage of the account value, sometimes with a minimum. With an independent manager they come on top of the manager's own fee, as do brokerage fees on transactions.
