Risk profile
The risk profile sums up the client's capacity and willingness to bear losses: investment horizon, income and commitments, share of wealth concerned, expected reaction to a fall. The manager derives a strategy from it (for example conservative, balanced or growth) that sets the mandate's limits, notably the share of equities.
